I am posting this for my cousin. The boat is 7 years old. We built it to fish in the salt water. The hull is a 15' River master with 3/8 bolted on poly. It has rod boxes (walk arounds) with 2 built in live wells. One in each rod box. It also has 4 K/C lights on a adjustable light bar that pivots forward for gigging. The hull is in great shape never had any damage or repairs.The rigging is ALL stainless. The cage is polished and the stand is mill finish painted with Dupont Imron. It is set up for 4 people. The seating is 2 doubles with the driver in the rear. Under each seat is a aluminum dry box with dome lights. The standing decks are 48" wide and wrap around the seats with non slip aluminum great for standing while ideling around looking for fish. The rear deck also has built in cup holders under the console. It has a custom console with glove box, radio, guages (including a clock) and a dual battery switch. It has air foil rudders all mounted on hiem joints, cable stearing and cable throttle assembly.
It is powered by a direct drive 500 Caddy. The engine was 100% rebuilt with all brand new parts. It has a Edelbrock intake with a Holley 750 and just a little hotter cam than stock. The cam is set at 0 degrees but it still turns the wood paddle prop 2900 RPM and runs 42 MPH. From what I gather the cam could be advanced 2 degrees and it would turn up a little higher. Right now it runs like a champ so we haven't messed with it. It does NOT smoke, foul plugs, use oil or run hot. The engine is 100%! It also has a brand new starter with a life time warranty.
It comes with a B&S Galvanized single axle trailor. The trailor is in great shape.. He just put new leaf springs, installed new boards with new carpet, diamond plated the steps, sanded it and cold galvinised it. It had a brand new axel and new hubs with bearings on it on it about a year ago. The trailor now looks brand new.
As I said before the boat was built for fishing and gigging in the salt water and it is awesome for that!! It was not built to "run the hill" It will run wet ground fair.. but it will NOT run dry ground. It comes with a wood paddle prop that was just refinished a few weeks ago.
Couple of other things I forgot to mention.. It has a BIG double cooler rack, dual BIG heavy duty batteries, 36 gallon aluminum fuel tank (painted the same color as the stand) and lighting undernieth the rigging that lights up the inside of the hull so you can see in the coolers at night.
