There is a ramp on the canal but you would have to find a spot to jump the levee to get in the marsh. There was ano...

Re: Newbie frenchie need your discard for 1st build

You need to go wider, for 2 reasons, first it will help you get on a plane easier. the second reason is for safety it will be alot better handling and stable, if you went to at least 60 inches wide. my opinion

That green grass is tough to run, but it looks like you have a light set up.

Try to find some four blade plates and run 4 blades. I run a four blade 68 on my 350 dd and it goes pretty good.

Re: Adjusting a 6 blade wrap drive

There are a lot of 350's and a lot of opinions about pitch vs rpm. A reasonable starting point is 10°. I ran a 350 DD with a 68 5 blade for years set about 7°. One blade less and a couple degrees is a decent guess knowing nothing about the motor. I preferred more pitch and WOT about 2800. A lot of ...

Like Chuck says River Master hulls work well. I have a 13.5 rivermaster hull with a 350 dd. it runs dry good and is good in deep water.

Re: Dd ?

I am running a 4 blade warp 68 on my 350 and it pushes real good. I ran 5 blades but 4 works better. Warp drive is a funny prop. it takes lots of adjustment to get it right. I kept trying diferent pitches on the dry to find out which worked the best. a little bit of pitch is the difference in riding...
