Is the valve lash set correct on those 3 cylinders..just a thought

Actually it said if you took & replaced the intake with aluminum intake.. aluminum water pump..& mini torque starter that it would be pretty dang close to a stock small block 350

Yes Deano it's front driver..& both of us were raised on airboats.. already has a aluminum intake on it

While this is definitely an option from someone who we don't know from Adam..& is willing to help a fellow airboater..just a little concerned about the weight difference from the small block.. it's only a 12ft glass hull.. from what I'm reading online..saying only 70-100lbs difference.. I'll tal...

Is there such a thing nowadays..I think not..me & a buddy been looking for a 350 motor to replace the worn out 1 on his boat..found 1 on Craigslist..ad said 73 350 4bolt main Corvette engine...010 over 80k miles.. motor ran killer when pulled.. complete..ad your carb & go have fun 1000.00 ob...

I've faced this many times & tried everything.. aero-kroil oil has been the best by far!!even at that I've had to heat a couple up but don't get it too hot..

They'll work fine for about 6-8 trips then stater starts grinding & then when I look at the flexplate while he's cranking or motor running it has a bad wobble!

That's kinda what I figured..the flexplate he's bought have also been from advanced I believe & they've claimed to be heavy duty but they sure are warping pretty bad..thanks
