Rotax hub adapter

Postby zion » Thu Jun 02, 2016 10:41 am

Found a great deal on a warp drive prop. It has a 75mm rotax bolt pattern. My retrieve has a 1" keyed shaft.
Where can get a hub adapter to convert the hub? I contacted warp drive. Seems I wasn't buying a new property didn't interest them. I'd rather buy one on the Web than have one made locally.

That's where I got the prop. Guess I could put in a want add for one.

You may be time and money ahead to just have one made. It wouldn't be hard to build one either if you have a welder and drillpress. Your just going from a 1" keyed shaft to a rotax hub? You could also get a sprocket from surpluscenter.com. Just drill your holes, weld sprocket to hub and you're in business for less than $20.
$5.65 for Hub

There is a multitude of weld-on sprockets for less than $10
This one is $7.20.

If you don't have a welder you can also get one already built. They all you have to do is drill your holes to match the hub. Just pick the OD of the sprocket.
This one is pretty big
