The Gulf is to the south with many miles of shallow flats, we ride the Suwannee from time to time and its not too far down I-75 to Orange lake. I ride all these areas ,we have a place just east of you on the Suwannee river a few miles from the music park.

We fish the marsh tributaries when red fishing or if the wind is up. the Gulf itself is a endless grass flat that is great fishing. We also scallop out of our airboat and have spent alot of vacation time in that area. The depth drops about a foot a mile in that area .We typically put in between Keaton Bch and Steinhatchee at Hagans cove. Its a beautiful area to just enjoy a ride and spent the day on the water. Not too sure about the other spots you mentioned , I know some other guys on here who ride north of Tallahasse who may chime in. Let me know next time your down, I will PM you my #
