Throttle cable ???

I have a heavy duty one now im sure its not gonna work its set up like telflrx steering big nutz on each end my problem is with the new engine having a high rise intake i cant mount to like before .. SHOW ME SOME PICS IDEAS not use to the big intakes Not much to bolt to on intake

There is a metal plate you can purchase that goes directly under carb base plate. The teleflex throttle cable holder will bolt to it regardless of intake height everything lines up.

Some also accommodate both Nitrous Oxide solenoids and throttle cable holder FYI

I assume that's what I'm going to have to do because like I said the cable I have now is too big it's like A steer cable

What Deano posted is an excellent way to mount a throttle cable on a high rise intake.

Al and i have made fabricated stand alone cable holders and recently discussed these as a simple remedy to fabrication of custom height components.

I assume that I should match the gasket I have now or does it really matter can I just use one that comes with it

They typically are the standard 4150 series pattern.

If you have a local speed shop in your area stop in they may have one on the shelf and you can look it over.
