Why does Lovett always outrun Hamiliton

Postby Kenny627 » Tue May 17, 2016 5:25 pm

Hamilton has a hopped up 520 on a step hull with a 6 blade Warp Drive. Always runs AV Gas with a 100 shot of Nitros. Lovett has a 520 with 350 hours, smokes knocks and leaks oil on a 13' Hammant with a Wood Paddle prop. Lovettt can get him on holeshot and top end by 4-5 boat lengths with 87 octane in 400 feet. This does not seem possible but happens everytime they run the River. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

It doesn't sound that mysterious . . .

It's just hard to beat a big woody. :D

Which Lovett are you talking about? If it's the one I know, I have a theory.

Not the one I was thinking of. Just like BigGun said though, set up is where it's at.
