I'm gonna be adding a hatch on my boat this week just rewired my whole boat new gauges the whole 9 yards what do I need to disconnect since they will be welding and grounding out on my boat just don't want it to fry my wiring and have to do it all over again it was a pain in the ass

If anything is connected to the boat it might be the ground terminals.
Disconnect the ground terminal from the batt and that should do it.
