Do it for a Dollar

What we do to earn a living.
Construction of a 500kv Switchyard.
We are performing all work required on this one, except the Control-House building slab and shell.
This is as big as they get in Florida .... at least Voltage-wise.
The large steel take-off tower not complete yet at 90'. It will be at
Yes it is.
We do alot of Substations for your Company.
We are proud to be performing this project.

Yep KJ C is sure does. When we worked on the units 3 & 4 expansion out at the Martin Plant back in early 90's we used to call the line of breakers in the old 500 yard Sherwood Forrest. I remember pulling control cable through that yard and when you walked down through Sherwood Forrest you could really feel that static.
Cowboy, tell 'em about the time we were working a night outage out at Martin and that corona ball took a bite outta dat a$$ with the help of some induced voltage. HE HE!!!

I was in an Alcoa Aluminum plant once and they use so much electricity in their smelters that they used busses though the floor instead of wire. The floor is wooden blocks, and when you walk on it it's the same thing ..... you can feel the static.

Looks good, I do alot of underground, don't get to play with overhead anymore. We need to hook up and share war storys one day, we still hand tape everything, from 15KV to 138. Never worked on 500. We brought all the 69KV in and the 15 KV out at the Disnet sub-stations.

Yeah, Big Dog!
March or April.
Vero Beach.
We got some 2000 mcm okanite with raychem kits. 12 pulls, and 24 ends.
Outdoor riser structures to indoor 23kv metalclads.
Pulls are a couple hundred feet.

Inerested in performing any of that?
Ricks got my number man.
Maybe we can hook-up if you interested.
