DAMN IT MAN !!!!!!!!! I have a similar motor (0-470-R) and went with the AirTec starter and alternator.. Wish I would had kept the alternator in the same place you did.. If I snap the belt, I have to remove the prop, you just put a new belt on !! Good idea>>> Nice boat..
