Well, if not balanced that bad to start. Most likely they won't refab that blade. I have a 3 blade with some scallops on two blades not sure if they fix it? If I did the carbon repair, I definitely make sure the weight of each blade matched.

what's the bushing number?

when you are building say a machine like we make at work you press the bushing in the hole and ream the inside of the bushing to fit the shaft. For one you want it to stay fully contacted to the hole if there's rotation you want that on the inside surfaces.

This is just the information I was needing. on vo540. John, do you know tolerance of what gear box to the bushing should be? I gather a slip fit yes but how tight slip -press light press. Also, the bushing number.

One piece of information I need is what the bushing or bearing in the end of the crank for the gear box. possibly would be the same as a supercharged crank?
