    Color scheme ideas?

Yeah, I put a 120 cam in it as well. It was strong before, so it should be good to go

    Color scheme ideas?

...also I will start a thread as I get more pics in, but I'm going with the old caddy, which I learned actually had a 472 crank, bored .30 over, Keith Black 10-1 pistons, etc, and want to get a 1.7-1 gear box and prop to go with it. Gonna be a beast!!

    Color scheme ideas?

Been doing good, brother! I miss them too! Come hell or high water, I plan to be there at Mack's for a 2023 ride and crawfish boil. As far as the coler scheme, I guess I was a little shy on info. My idea is to go with the "Tim Taylor" thing and call her tool time. Thought about maybe a band of...

    Anyone ride lake Seminole?

I certainly will! I've got the new hull, engine rebuilt, saving for poly, gearbox, and prop and it will be go time

    Color scheme ideas?

Yeah, I got it. But he built it 14x8 on the bottom, so now I gotta widen my axles to fit the new boat. Here's a pic...

    Color scheme ideas?

Over the years I've seen some pretty nice looking paint jobs on boats. I've spent the past 2 days trying to locate some to get ideas for how to paint up my new hull. I bought gray diamond tread seadek with blue inlay for the bow deck, so I'm planning to go gray with some type of blue accent...

    My SA friends...

Finally got my boat and got it home. It was built 8ft across the chimes, so we had to improvise to get it on the trailer. Gonna have to revise my trailer now. Lol But at least it's a step in the right direction. Got my poly screws on the way down. Hopefully I will have everything squared away...

    Where's the poly?

    That's a pretty decent turnaround.

    Where's the poly?

I called and classic and they can get it, but takes 5-6 weeks to get it. Guess that's where I'll be getting it unless someone locates some soon I can just pick up. Lol Thanks for the help, y'all!

    Where's the poly?

    Classic what?

    Where's the poly?

Thanks, brother! I will give them a shout

    Where's the poly?

So, I live in middle GA. Called some local places and also GTO, and can't find any poly. Anybody know a place that has some on hand? I need a sheet 14x8

Will do, brother! I think so too. He sent me some pics of progress lately. Hopefully it will be done soon and I can move to getting poly done and get it all together

    My SA friends...

Can't win for losing...I was supposed to be picking up my new hull tomorrow, but they ran out of helium, welding on Friday, and were unable to get any today. Apparently there is a shortage, FFS! I called locally and the places that do have it won't start a new account because of the shortage...

    Polly or boat?

No problem! I tore a small spot on mine years ago and it started plowing real bad and would barely move in open water wide open

    Polly or boat?

Poly can make one heck of a difference depending on what the problem is with it. If it is wavy, it will cause more friction with the water's surface creating more drag. And it only takes a small piece hanging off to me like trying to drive down the road standing on the brakes

    My SA friends...

If all goes as planned I'll have my new hull next week. If that happens, gonna look into going ahead and going gear box and new prop. Looking forward to getting back on the water and seeing you all!
