0-290 HP increase

So I have a 0-290D that I just completely tore down for a overhaul. The motor has 0-320 sump, 0-320 crankshaft in it now & I am having the cylinders bored .10 over & putting in new P10 8:5:1 pistons to replace the stock 6:5:1 pistons. I am also putting in the 0-320 cam that has a higher lift than the 0-290. Everything will be completely refurbished or new when going back together. My question is for anyone who might now is what do think the HP will jump up to with these modifications ??

I would say around the 140-160 range

Well, the camshaft you are installing sounds like a great base, I would suggest a 10° advance gear, ditch the 8.5:1 pistons, get a set of forged 10:1 slugs for it.
