0470 low oil pressure at high rpm

Hey guys so my boat has been losing oil pressure after 2200 rpm. Holds 25-30psi fine when hot running but as soon as I run dry or something with high rpm it drops to 10psi and takes 6-7 seconds to build back up. Obviously is having a internal leak somewhere just curious if any of you have any input on this before I tear into it. Oil temp never goes over 180 and boat never has any change of power. It’s a continental 0470-13a dry sump.

Ive seen a main bearing spun that caused the pressure to do that before. Is the oil screen or filter clean? If it is then you can add a couple washers to the spring on your oil pressure relief valve to increase the force on the plunger.
