0540 plugs

i had a spark plug blow out with me it had a heliecoil on it is it time to junk the cylinder

it may not be junk ...but most of the time when the plug blows out it has a crack next to the plug. compression starts to leak out the crack and then it blows.. 540 and 180 clys are the same.... and fairly common... it will probably cost the same to fix or replace.... is it angle valve or straight?
