2 blade rpm question?

I’m running a 14ft aluminum with ch3 2-1 belt reduction and stock 350 engine. Additionally I have a 2 blade whirlwind carbonmax prop. My max rpm is 4100 maybe 4200 being generous. Could I reasonably expect it to run maybe 5200 rpm and how much performance could I reasonably expect?

I've got the blade set at number 20 for the setting on the blades.
