I want to say a big thanks to Radtech Tim for hosting a great time for me and the Missus I have never been to Mack's before and Tim's trip got me rolling. The wife and I spent 4 days the prior weekend and had a great time, did some exploring etc. The really cool part about Area 2b is that we always had the place to ourselves!

Buster and I made it back for the big ride and feast this past weekend. Here are some of my pics, starting with the only under 50 boat (Marshal's crew)!

One of the really cool things that caught my eye at Mack's was the concrete work around the family fire pit. It really speaks to generations working the same property. I have a bunch of similar tools that I inherited from my grandfathers. With a shop full of hydraulic, air and cordless tools it is hard to imagine having to use these old school tools again. This seems like a great way to pay tribute to the folks that used to work way harder than we have to these days.

I have ordered one myself. It was awesome hanging out and talking with Marshall about his family history that night

Great pics, Chuck! I hope there are more coming. I got caught up in the shindig and forgot to take a bunch of pics

If you haven't seen this, here's a link to Mutual of Omaha's show they did with Tom Shirley. I've watched it many times

Tim threw a great party. Thanks to Marshall and his family for hosting everybody! I know that Reagan and I are looking forward to next year and doing it again!

So sorry I missed it this year, but I couldn't get away. Sure looks like you had a great time and that table full of food is outta hand. Good to hear you made it back home without incident.

I hate you couldn't make it as well, Rick. Missed seeing ya. It was definitely a heck of a shindig. Hope to see you next year, brother

Man have times changed. Wouldn’t see that on prime time today. Those boys got balls the size of Texas. Thx for sharing.
