I sure would hate to get that one stuck, geez it would need a helicopter to airlift it out. I am sure someone on here has operated one simular to it in the oil fields of LA. or TX.

Yea, monster seismic rigs, there are even a few that have 3 motors. Now that thing will never pass the 100 foot test.

Even cooler they offer the assistance to everyday Joe's like us as a "boat in a box" and plans for sale. Seems like the big guys in the industry will go to their graves protecting this kind of information.

My dad who is like 56 or 58 or something old around there, ran Seismic surveys for LP&L and use to run a big robicheaux boat with 4 0540 260s on it. I'm gonna try and find a pic of it and post it on my gallery. This was also down in Mississippi Bayou in the Manchac swamp area in southern Louisiana.

They install a little 10 foot collapseable drilling derrick on those in Louisiana for seismic exploration. Can drill down at least 120 feet.
