540 flywheel ring gear

If the flywheel and gear aren't chewed up, put the gear in the oven and the flywheel in the freezer and it will slide right on.
 
Unless the flywheel lost its pinch fit diameter it will happen again, use some loctite flange compound or jb weld, or get a good flywheel.
