I see alot of members here on this site and see alot of the same members on here every night I cant tell you all which is more ADDICTING airboating or this website.

THANK YOU RICK for such a good thing, and also all the other members on this site for helping me and everybody else
 
David, several of us on here have had that conversation in the past.

Where else on earth can you wander out to your computer at 5am, cup of coffee in hand, when the temperature outside is 26 deg., and go airboatin ?

Rick has built us a mighty fine clubhouse.
 
Thanks, but it ain't me...looks like the internet's airboating community/family has taken over this site and I'm just glad to be part of it. I just want to make sure & do my part.

That's an understatement to say the least! It's the hard work and dedication you've shown to the airboating community that has made this site possible. We're not worthy....

Yeah but it is some pretty good entertainment at the same time jd :) I dont know to much about these things so I cant join in the arguments, but I sure as hell like watchin um lol
 
Huntnfish, I do know this about airboaters.
Take any two guys that are goin at each other on this site, put one of em in a boat that is dead in the water, and the other guy will be as quick as any at offerin him a tow rope.

You can right that one down.
 
Rick has indeed brought us together. Now this Thousand man floatilla comes together like never before. We see our differences but recognise they are miniscule indeed compared to our similarities. It don't pay to inflame us. We have a set of skills that crosses society and we are as formidable as any group on the net.

I thinhk we can honsetly claim to be a World Class Site now. How many of the inflamatories can say the same? This site is the best in the world at something, I really don't think many detractors or inciters can claim that or even anywhere near that.

Ever notice how brothers will fight and kick and gouge til the blood is flowing and bones are broken but let an outsider start up and they get put in their place in short order. Were much the same here, we fight amongst ourselves and we do try to be inclusive to all who want to join in but we don't tolerate detractors well and I see nothing wrong with that.

Addicted....... indeed ! Im here every day in fact several times through the day !

My family think I'm nuts! :lol: But I gotta check pretty much every day. Been at it a little more than a year now but Even though I haven't built a boat yet I think I know almost as much as Red!! :lol: :lol: :lol: Seriously guys! Thanks a bunch!! 8)

Think training is coming up in Florida at FMC so hope to parlay that into a visit!

I spend 3 to 5 hours every day starting at around 3:30 a.m. (no i'm not crazy there is a couple of us .right Olf Art.) I LOVE THIS RETIREMENT.

You just plain meet a better class of people on an airboat, and airboaters are the people you meet at Southern Airboat!

I'm hooked to and the guys here at work give me a hard time because they say all you do is look at this Airboat web site, Don't you ever look at a site with women on it and I tell them nope I enjoy this a whole lot more and then they just shake there head and walk away, I guess I got it pretty bad so I guess Rick will have to take the blame for creating this monster :lol:
