I noticed the banner on my right side of the screen has ads from my recent browser "google" searches and now I have a multiple attempt log in secure confirmation code to enter plus a new login name pops up under my screen name when I enter "prototype"?

Is this something new?
 
Yeah, that multiple login thing has to go. SA has some malware scanning and site monitoring stuff running right now. I was hoping we could run some stuff like that in the background and maybe get rid of the alerts that Avast users are getting, but it seems to be causing too many problems elsewhere.

I'm gonna spend some time on getting things back to normal tomorrow.

As far as Google, there's no changes that we have any control over. It does appear they serve a lot of ads based on previous searches.

I was locked out the rest of last night, No Biggie though.

I guess there is some kind of limit to what google tracks and puts in that banner? I never see one for "Hot southern honeys looking for AB rides.com" show up, LOL.

farmboy, hopefully you only had to go through that one last time after the fix. Let me know if it continues on your end.

I'm gonna keep working on it, but my hands are kinda tied on the Avast thing. It's the only program or website scanner out there that says it don't like SA. The biggest problem here is that I haven't found a way to find out what it is Avast doesn't like. I keep reporting the SA alert as a "false positive", but so far it hasn't solved the issue.

I see this morning that Avast is allowing access to most of SA, but not the home page and forum.

I'll keep trying.

Problem solved on my end with Norton 360 running but now I have wide screen mode to scroll left and right to see post with pic's in them? It still ain't a biggie to scroll left and right though! Just a FYI
