Advice on applying Steelflex?!

I have a 10' Stossel with a IO470 on it and a stainless bottom and I have discovered that she wont run dry so I bought a gallon of steelflex2000 but I cant figure out a easy way to get to the bottom of the boat to apply it so I would like any ideas you guys have. Thanks

Its the perfect chance to take the rigging, out and flip the boat over. Pressure clean the inside first, then prep the bottom for steelflex while its upside down.

They aint no free lunch. Grinn

Scotty

I just got the boat back from having new rigging done and then found out she wont run dry. I have been thru H@#$% with this boat since I bought it, I blew up a wood prop, bought a new whirlwind and had new rigging put on and promptly sank it in the moorehaven canal on its maiden voyage thanks to the wake of a bassboat. If I spend another dollar on this boat this year it will be for a stick of dynamite to accelerate it skyward

Never don it before but I would think that you could tip the boat up and put it on the bottom that is exposed let it dry then slide the rest off the back of the trailer and finish it.

If you got a 10' hull with a 470 and it won't run dry you got a wore out motor or the wrong prop. I havn't heard of steelflex on a stainlless bottom.
