IMO, it doesnt look like the boat was designed as a proper tour boat to be hauling paying passangers. I hope everyone will be okay. I would like to see a picture of the boat right side up.
Looks like one of those going sideways for the sticky stuff
I've watched that happen before, mucked it on the side and over we go  Kinda like those old cypress knees

Hopefully no-one was seriously hurt!
See any hull ident. numbers?
Looks like it spent a lot of time in the water from the staining on the sides.
Stick prop.
looks like rigging for a tour boat....wonder if it's a "South of the Border" enterprise?
I was showing the picture of the tour boat laying on its side to my 11 year old son and he said he could tell what happened. He says that the owner didn't keep up maintenance on the "frog snot" and while in a slide hooked a Lilly pad that was standing proud! The result being everyone got a mud pie for lunch!
I told him I thought it was called frog spit but he's standing firm with the frog snot!
