Airboat Driver Won't Face Charges In Boy's Death

A Seminole County airboat driver will not be charged in the death of a 7-year-old boy.

Vincent Rotowski, of Georgia, died when he was tossed from the airboat and run over last June, WESH 2 News reported.

The state attorney's office decided airboat driver Bruce Freyer is not criminally at fault.

I think him just having to live with the fact that the boy was killed is worse than anything a court could have done I am glad they are not pressing charges accidents
happen and this was a bad one for any one to live with

This was a tragic accident that could have happened to anyone under similar circumstances. It is an absolutely horrible thing to have happen for both the family and Bruce the airboat driver. I admire Bruce for just being able to get up everday and somehow function after such an event. We all have our burdens to carry, and Bruce carries around a good deal more that the rest of us.
