Airboat/Hoovercraft

I was looking on ebay and seen this Hoover craft /Airboat is what they called it . It is in Florida, Since I'm in Alaska it will not do me any good but for $900 , looks like the equipment might be worth that, Just thought I'd pass it on.

I saw that out there yesterday too --- it's hard to tell if it is/was ever a functional hovercraft or as the ad says, was just set up for display purposes. If it was closer by, I'd check it out, but, it's across the state and not worth the drive to me --- it would make an interesting toy/project for someone with the room and time

The electronics could be worth that much But I would question weather it would actually run or not. As I run with Hovercrafters and the biggest thing for them is weight -- The lighter the better they run. Plus I'm wondering ware the air comes from for the lift fan and prop??????
