airboat magazine subcription

Well-known member
I subcribed to the mag 6 months ago and have yet to get a magazine. I tried calling and her mail box is always full so can't leave a message. Does anyone else have this problem?

I had the same problem and tried contacting her as well. If you go to thier website their new contact info is there. She explained that they moved or something and had computer trouble. The lost a bunch of info that said who had subscriptions. Mine was one of them. If you e-mail her at airboatworld@aol.com she should get back to you.

I emailed the other day because I thought my subscription was out and she emailed me back within the hour to let me know I needed to renew so she is there. I also called the number and it went to the answering machine. Did not tell me anything about the mailbox being full. So unsure about that.

I subscibed a year ago december and never got a single issue without calling terri seem's like a nice person but i think there are thing's out of her control I finally cacelled my subcription and terri refunded my money i hope they get this situation worked out because they have a great product and myself and my company would support it but they have to deliver the good's on time

Well I just emailed her , so I hope mine gets straightened out. I'll let ya'll know either way. Thanx for the info. Later

I have not received an issues for 4 months starting to get impatient, I dont care if they moved or what, I paid for 12 issues and it doesnt look like i will receive what was paid for.

I just got some frog gigs and stuff in the mail from Jeff Leserra. The box contained the items I purchased, an invoice, AND THE LATEST ISSUE OF ABW.

Maybe those who aren't getting their issues, can just buy something from Jeff once a month!

hey mood we might do that if we knew who he was or waht he sold or how to get hold of him LOL c'mon now dont keep secrets

Just got off the phone with Terri @ ABW and she says that a lot of info regarding subscriptions was lost in the move between computors (seems not all computors are as friendy as airboaters). She also said to tell everyone that if they are not getting their mag then call to make sure your subscription didn't get stolen by the gremlins in cyberspace who by now are enjoying a great magazine. She also added that ABW's telephone # changed ( part of the problem- changing from Sprint to Bellsouth), now the ph. # is 352-465-8137 and fax 352-465-8108.
The mag is now being sold at some of the Island Food Stores and some Circle K stores except those stores in a region of west Fl ( south of Clearwater)that are under a regional mgr. that is an ANTI SPORTSMAN.
If your not getting your mag, then call her. She needs to hear from YOU directly not from a gripe session on the web.

Thanks, Swamp .... I just talked with Terri also, and their email address is also different than the one y'all might have had before:

airboatworld@aol.com

These are Great folks, so Please give them the benefit of doubt. Between BellSouth and Sprint, they've had their butts kicked with their move. The two phone companies have been playin' games with each other, and ABW has been in the middle of all of it.

You're right cntry - I just assumed EVERYONE knew about the cool stuff he makes.

Check out http://www.leserra.com

Good stuff there... And they (I assume it's his wife) are very nice, emailing to confirm my order, even calling me in regards to a comment I added when I placed the online order. Great folks. Great products.

Swampjet,

Didn't catch the "anti" South Florida regional guy above. Can I have his address :D
I promise I'll only "Darell Waltrip" his front yard once :D

For those of you that have missed the airboat shows in the past...Airboat World was at the Palm Beach show handing out back issues for free, (come to the Broward Airboat show and I bet the same will be true)! Where else you gonna get that kind of service! She also explained that ABW is on "caveman" style dial-up for their computer now. This lady is doin' everything in her control to get subscriptions out! Use the numbers/e-mail above and I'm sure she will respond.
