Got an E-mail from the Hayward Wisconsin Fire Department Today.
They let me know the Airboat has brought their department from a body recovery department to a Rescue Department. Ice can be some scary stuff to work on.

Great airboat support for sure. You can bet, if any of the complainers ever needed an airboat for search and rescue of a loved one, they wouldn't complain any longer. But, as with anything else, if some, disregards folks rights by abusing airboat trails and property owners privacy they will complain and everybody pays the price. Thanx for the article. Later

Fraon good story. Thanks for posting it . I was out demoing our boat last Sunday low 20ts That fire dept told me that they had a call around Christmas for two kids gone through the ice after dark . they have only Gumby suits now and the ended up calling in the Coast Guard who searched by air and found no holes in the ice --- Thank goodness it turned out to be a mistake. But they don't want to be in that helpless feeling again of not being able to do anything but wate. I will put a pic of the demo in my pics.
