Hey guy's just wondering if airboat sales are in the toilet. i listed my boat last week and haven't got 1 call plus i notice alot of boat's on airboattrader with reduced pricing. i'm not in a pinch to sell my boat (i'm building a bigger boat) but if the market is bad i'll pull my ad's and finish my big boat this fall and ride my diamond back this season. ANY THOUGHT'S or insight. thank's y'all

It costs alot more to go riding now than it did 4 or 5 years ago.I Went riding on monday with Florida Cracker and Prority one on lake okeechobee. between my boat and truck, $109 for gas. And we were only on the lake for about 3 hours. $3.18 a Gal. for 93 Oct. Prices keep going up And it looks like its not going to stop soon. Add in food and drinks, well just bring your wallet. I guess if you want to dance, you got to pay the band.

I sell used AirRangers as Fast as I can get my hands on them. I also think the new boat market is booming right now. Fuel prices stink but I don't think it is playing a major role is airboat sales.
The used boat market does flucuate, sometimes nothing moves for months sometimes everything sells before you can drag it to the street.
I think the used market it a little slow right now but the new market is HOT!!!

another problem might be that you are in Nebraska. Might try an ad in the Fremont Paper. Ask Tim Bryson if he knows of anyone looking for a boat. He might be able to help.

I'm not sure how much you listed your boat for, but unfortunatley we know our boats are worth alot of money, but not everyone wants to pay what they are really worth. I watched the boat I have now for weeks until it dropped down two thousand dollars from the original price, then I grabbed it.

The true monetary value of a boat is only what someone is willing to pay for it, it doesn't matter how much you put in it it still is only worth what you can sell it for.
Like realestate it doesn't matter what it is listed for it only matters what it sells for, that is the value.
