I spoke with Terri Latner today regarding the delivery issues ABW has had. As we all know, many of us have not always received our subscriptions each month, myself included.

Terri indicated that her printer was tasked with the mailing, but she has taken that responsibility back, and mailed out the March issue personally.
She stated that she mails a copy each month to try and validate the deliveries, and make note of the time it is in the mail-stream.

She also added that due to numerous subscribers not getting their Feb issue, she is going to send out another entire mailing for the month.
If you happen to get two Feb issues, that's the reason why.

ABW knows this is a big problem, but they are trying their best to make it right.

Please be patient through these difficulties, and call them if you have a problem. These are good folks just like us, and want to make it right for their customers.

Why did'nt Terri post this?
Well.. she is having computer issues, that prevent her accesing this site right now. She's said she's got somebody working on it.

She asked me to post it, so y'all would know as soon as possible.

It's gotta be tough. Sort of a catch-22 situation. Sounds like they need a new computer/printer & pro-database software (not cheap), but instead of putting money toward that, they are spending it on postage and inefficiencies.

I've said it before, I'll say it again... Hang in there Terri. Let us know if you need anything. (once you get back online and read this, of course!)

Can anybody out there post up a direct phone number to the people who run this magazine? I sent a subscription to them in October and have never seen an issue. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know about any of you guys out there.

But I am not going to cancel my subscription to ABW. It is a bad deal for a lot of us out there that have paid for subscriptions and have not recieved anything for awhile.

We know when they are back on track they will make it wright with everybody that has stuck by them.
