Just before 9 a.m. Saturday, with his airboat's rudder control in one hand and a shrimp net in the other, Randy Lancaster reeled in his first catch of the day.
But Lancaster, of Hernando, didn't stop long to admire the plastic worm bag that he set at his feet. He had plenty more miles to make and garbage to collect.
"I don't understand how people can throw their trash out like this," he said.
