Airboating near Charleston SC

I'm up here in Charleston SC for a couple of days and I'm lookin for an airboat ride in these pars. Would gladly pay or return a ride in the beautiful south Florida Everglades. During my drive up from Florida I saw some good lookin marsh with some natural wet trails scattered throughout. Would be nice to the low lands here. Thanks, Rick.

Glades cat, my wife and kids are in ravenel this week just west of charleston visiting my in-laws.I have often wondered the same thing about the marsh up there.

I heard from my son last night .He has been up visiting for the last week and has been spending some time on Lake Moultrie said he seen one airboat and some of the biggest frogs ever ,sounds like I may be makin a road trip.does anyone know about the regulations in SC as it pretains to froggin?

Hey guys, I live in SC. and me and several buddies run airboats around here, but mostly in the rivers and in some parts of lake moultrie and marion. We tend to stick to the rivers because of the noise factor! Less people to tick off. The SCDNR rule book says that airboats are not permitted from the[salt water dividing line seward.] Now I have never been past that point but I have heard of airboats in saw grass flats around Charleston.
