Does anyone have any info on the going rate for larger tracts of land in the Alachua county area? Any info would be appreciated.

was up there this weekend and looked at all the news papers and books and there from $8000. to 15000.00 per acre with no houses or mobile homes we have property up there close to there and just put it for sale while we were there
