Alligator hunt - Okeechobee South

I was supposed to take a friend of mine and his son on a Gator hunt on Lake Okeechobee, South unit tomorrow night, October 12th. However I'm on my way to the Panhandle with my boat for water rescue. My friend has two open tags. It would be his first alligator hunt. He doesn't have any equipment and we were going to use mine.
