Amendment 2,,, Your right to Hunt And Fish

Andy

Well-known member
Make sure we all get out and vote,,, There are people out there who want to stop traditional hunting and fishing.

Vote NO!
We already have a constitutional right to hunt and fish! Constitutional rights cannot be changed!
A YES vote is for an amendment to change or possibly even take away the constitutional right.
The wording of amendment 2 is very sneaky, be careful!

VOTE YES ON 2

Maybe KrautHammer can interject ?

As I understand it Seminole Wind in Florida Hunting and Fishing are open to an attack by extremist legislation. Thirty Two other states have adopted protections to preserve hunting and fishing for future generations.

As such the current Republican Speaker of the House has endorsed a YES vote on Amendment 2 !

Interestingly 16 Outdoor sportsman associations endorse a YES vote and support for Amendment 2. These are well connected and mindful organizations some with teams of legal advisors. Of which the Florida Airboat Association, Florida Guide Association, Safari Club International, Bonefish and Tarpon Trust, National Shooting Sports Foundation, Coastal Conservation Association, Everglades Coordination Counsel, Delta Waterfowl, Congressional Sportsman Foundation to name a few all support a YES VOTE and support Amendment 2 !

Amendment 2 would make it a Constitutional Right and secure our heritage !

VOTE YES ON 2

Here is a group of Supporters,,,, this will give you a idea who you would be inline with

Amendments to the Florida constitution should be simple and solve a need that is not being met otherwise. I’m all for traditional hunting methods and more rights in general. but not a fan of writing FWC into the Florida constitution.

I’ma no on this one as written.

I understand your thinking but I would rather have the FWC than some unknown group managing our resources

This is no different than counties or cities being able to make up their own election rules. One needs only to look at the BS and lies that have come from those opposed.

We voted early yesterday at our local library. Very organized with lots of folks helping.
Civic duty done.
