If you are asking about a conventional type prop. Two blade would be the answer. Introducing an additional blade increases surface area, weight, and parasitic drag which all work against the objective, if the engine in question can be held back without it.

If you are asking about a skinnier 'warp type' blade that answer will likely be contingent on which one you're asking about, but would in most cases be more than two.
