We plan to be at Loughmans after Thanksgiving for the Poker Run and pilon course. But, we can't attend the 03 Dec. SAO event. Is there any way we can support the Toys For Tots effort a week early?

Dakota, Not to throw more work on your shoulders, but it may be a good idea to have a sign and a box. There is plenty of covered patio area at the lodge to set up something like that. And I suppose you'll have some sort of box & sign for the run coming only a week later.
I'll plan on donating twice since I'll be at both rides.
It would also help to promote SAO because there will be TONS of airboaters there who are not part of this website.
Hmmm.... since I'm not using my stainless cage, It may make a good airboat toy collectin' bin! Its pretty big though - WAY too big!!!, and not in a position to haul around. But the idea works to show you that the collecting box does not have to be a "box" per se.... just a piece of fence fasioned into a barrel would work. And you could flatten it out to haul it.
Just a thought. Glad you'll be there! And glad this event is so close to the ride date for those who cant make one or the other.

One thought or actually a question. I know on our Motorcycle toys for tots runs they want unwraped toys. I dont know if that is true here but if it is you might want to mention it to everyone

Yes Bravo I have mentioned several times that these are new unwrapped toys. So I think that is out there.
As far as a box at Loughman Matt, I don't know if we are coming for sure so if you want to sit out a box more power to you. I have alot on my plate right now and I don't need to add to that. We are closing on a place, moving from one place to another, trying to find a job, the holidays coming up, and let's see what else. But I am not going to have time to do that because like I said, not even sure we are coming. We will not know until that day.
