I thought you where using a Rotax on that mini:?: if so witch one ? you can step up the RPM with a programmable Rev-limiter . Rotax has factory gear box's A,B,C,D, E with different ratios but a Cog belt setup for a homemade reduction should work out you need to find a way to lock the pulley in on the shaft as those are splined and if you change that heavy PTO to a Lighted Aluminum you get better Snap

I KNOW A FELLA WHO USED A PILARBLOCK BEARING SET UP THAT HE FABRICATED HIMSELF AVAILABLE AT TRACTOR SUPPLY PRETTY NEAT LITTLE SET UP IT IS ACTUALLY CHAIN DRIVEN HOWEVER IT IS ONLY 18 HP JUST SOME FOOD FOR THOUGHT
