How about a bit more info. Annual Taxes etc. Any county plainning for developement? Current Zoning? Is it high & dry or flood zone? What kind of deed are you offering? Maybe a Google Earth shot of the land? or a GPS location? Maybe a couple pictures here.

We got land up there as well. close and there is alot of game. my cousin goes to madison to hunt every year and usually gets a buck or two . very nice out in the country area

we have 12 acres in o'brien will be up there this weekend
 
Hey Scotty I will tell you that neck of the woods is not like here. Man we built a huge porch on the fron of our trailer and just do what we want and no one ever says anything in the county. That is such a great place and very quiet. We are actually going there this weekend to get away for a little bit. Brewster that is not a bad price at all. We chose not to live there because Lake City area does not pay like they pay here but you never know, we may end up there some day.
 
Hows the fishing up that way, I see on Google theres lakes in the area. Any airboating there?

THE DEER UP THERE ARE NOT PRESSED OR RAN HARD LIKE HEAR ,ONCE YOU KNOW THERE CROSSING'S YOU CAN WATCH THEM LIKE CLOCK WORK CROSSING FROM ONESIDE IN THE MORING BACK ACCROSS IN THE EVE.., I MOVED UP THERE LAST YEAR FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS AND SPENT MY DAYS WORKING ON MY LAND AND RIDING THE 4 WHEELERS ANY WHERE YOU WANT, I HAVE A TARGET RANGE SET UP ON MY BACK POND AND I WOULD SIT OUT THERE IN THE AFTERNOON SHOOTING MY AR-15 AND PISTOLS SIGHTING IN RIFLES AND NEVER GIVE IT A SECOND THOUGHT , ITS LEGAL THERE AS LONG AS YOUR AT LEAST 300 FT OFF THE DIRT ROAD ON YOUR PROPERTY AND NO ONE BOTHERS ANYONE UP THERE, I LOVE THE RIVERS UP THERE AND THE SPRINGS .. ALMOST EVERYDAY AFTER WORKING ON THE PLACE ME AND THE WIFE WOULD DRIVE TO THE RIVER AT MADISON BLUE SPRING AND COOL OFF IN THE SPRING ....THE PROBLEM WITH TRYING TO LIVE THERE FULL TIME IS YOU BETTER TAKE A LIVING WITH YOU OR BE SET ON MONEY BECAUSE THERES NO WORK , YOU EITHER WORK AT THE PRISON OR SUNKIST CHICKEN , THE PAY SCALE IS NOTHING COMPARED TO HERE, IF YOU HAVE A $10 DOLLAR A HOUR JOB IN MADISON YOUR DOING GOOD....LOL... TRUTHFULLY THE REASON WE ARE SELLING IS TO BUY SOMETHING IN FT. DRUM OR KISSIMMEE SO WE CAN BE CLOSE ENOUGH TO GO THERE EVERY WEEKEND AND WORK ON THE PROPERTY...ITS HARD TO FIND THE TIME TO DRIVE TO NORTH FLORIDA ITS 6 HOURS FOR US AND YOU CAN ONLY GET SO MUCH DONE IN 2 DAYS YOU KNOW HOW THAT GOES
 
Yeah I know what you mean. That is why we moved here although I did work at the chicken place and even the prison but who wants to do that for the res tof their life. It is a great vacation place or even a weekend place. That is why we still have our place in O'Brien so we can get away. It is nice to get away sometimes and we like to go there.
Scotty the only place they really ride airboats there is either in the river or out in the Gulf. That is pretty much it for there although there are alot of airboaters up there and they seem to have a good time. We may take ours up there one weekend and ride around. May be fun.
But yeah if someone is looking for a nice get away this is a really good price for that area and if we did not already have property up there we would jump on it for sure.
 
I live in fort drum.It's nice here but now you can barely leave your yard on a four wheeler without the cops pulling you over it seems like.
