Anyone been riding in Area 2A recently

I went out there last Sat to help in the recovery of gregs airboat. I only was down by sawgrass ramp. Once we got east a couple of miles it was dry and switched to the cannel, didnt want to get stuck. BTW I call fish and wildlife yesterday and they said everything is closed except 3A south. I asked about 2A and they said it was closed.
