GoDaddy kicks biggest gun forum off internet without explanation

Joe Biden once promised that fellow Democratic presidential hopeful Beto O'Rourke, who famously threatened to send cops out to confiscate certain weapons, would be his point person on gun control if elected.

It seems that agenda has been launched, even before Biden's inauguration.

The Federalist reports AR15.com, the largest gun forum, has been shut down by the web hosting company GoDaddy.

"We’ve been booted from GoDaddy and are looking for an alternative solution," the organization said Monday.

GoDaddy said AR15.com violated "terms of service."

The move aligns with Biden's vow to put new limits on firearms, and, as demonstrated by his praise for O'Rourke, advocate confiscation.

During the primary campaign, Biden, with his arm around O'Rourke, said: "I'm gonna guarantee you this is not the last you've seen of this guy. You're going to take care of the gun problem with me. You're gonna to be the one who leads this effort.

"I'm counting on you. I'm counting on you. We need you badly, the state needs you, the country needs you," Biden said. "Thank you, thank you, thank you."

GoDaddy told the Federalist the AR15 site "both promotes and encourages violence." But it provided no examples.

What has transpired in the past few days is very alarming Deano. While Americans enjoy FREE SPEECH it appears that in privately owned networks, servers and hosting platforms the owners have full censorship privileges. This reeks "anti-trust" but the courts may take years to hear and the damage is being done in real time.

Limiting content may be reasonable in some small scale dynamic but when Corporate America (Facebook, Amazon, Google, GoDaddy, Apple, Microsoft) determine speech content of our communication collectively and with liberal bias our nation is facing a crisis.

Let us remember back a few years when a hand full of banks refused to process credit cards for the sale of firearms. What could be next for America if this is allowed to continue? Will the Tech Giant Liberal Gun Haters now ban businesses selling ammo, parts or firearms from their clouds or servers? It seems highly probable this will occur based on the recent events.

They must have corrected the issue or found an alternate host as they are back on line.

Look around Swamp, they have already begun banning parts, and supplies. eBay don’t sell ANY ar parts now when weeks ago you could still get lower parts kits and barrels. Shits about to get stupid and if people don’t grow a set and stand up we’re all going to suffer.

With all the social media, it seems people are not frequenting this original forum as much (seems to be more action on the facebook group). this forum has been an invaluable resource and archive of knowledge and i hope people bring the discussion back here and off of facebook.

Here is how you fix it. Whenever you see somebody on FB (i go there less and less) Southern Airboat page tell them they need to be here. They are vetted to some extent before joining this site, It keeps it out of the eyes and off the radar screen of FB.

I agree, this site has been wonderful, don't care for the FaceBook page, I still check in here daily as I have for many years, FaceBook could go away and I wouldn't miss it, can't say that about this forum. Roy
