Looking for good quality small child’ life preserver for (4) year old. My main concern is the vest causes the users head to remain upright on the surface. Does anybody have any recommendations.

W.T. We used the Extrasport childs pfd w/collar & grab loop & leg straps. Very comfortable and reasonably priced ( $38 at NRS item#2165). Two sizes--- 35 to 50 and 50 to 90. The Americas cup express toddler is good also (#2109T). We had both---I especially like the handle on both --- the Extrasport was the best quality and the most comfortable.
