I've been playing around with that sticker idea and here's what I have so far:

This sticker would be 4" diameter.

that's cool---would you consider putting a pfd on him? I've never worn one on an airboat untill I started looking at Southern Airboat. I've purchased new pfd's for me and my wife and you can bet we'll be wearing them.

Actually I was thinking about that also. I didn't really draw that image, I started with a real picture and used a graphics program to make it look like that. I'm not much when it comes to drawing, but it looks like it may be possible. I'll see what I can do.
 
I really like the Decal if you make some available I will put them on my
Search & Rescue boat and the Idea of the driver of the Airboat haveing a flotation vest on I think is good it will help premote Airboat Safety.
 
I bought a self inflating pfd for myself. Coast Guard approved if y'all wear it. Much more comfortable to wear. Bas Pro has a real good selection.

Hey Gator.......does the Broward Halftrack & Airboat Club still have those cool looking decals? I reckon you'd have to be a member to get one.....
 
This is about the best I can do with a pfd. It doesn't show a lot of detail, but I think it looks like he has one on.

My neighbor was fishin in the rain with the self inflating pfd under his rain coat. It finally got wet enough and inflated---said it almost blew his rain coat off. Now THAT'S funny---I don't care who you are.

I really like the decal. I think I've seen the photo it was taken from. The PFD really turned out good.

Outstanding. Sign me up for three decals. One for my truck back glass and one for the back pannel of my passenger seat on the airboat, or the rudders - not sure which just yet.

Gonna claim my rights to the first three. Pay Pal? check? or what? Next is long sleve T-Shirts and 1/2 spaghetti t's for the AirFoxes.

I do professional Photography as a side line Business and I did most of the photo's for Diamondbacks Cataloge and I Talked to Mr Dixion the other Day and I am planning on doing some photo's for him to ,so if you need any photo's for your web sight let me know I will be more than happy to help out.
 
Rick, since your site is headed towards being the leading airboater forum on the net, another idea. Why not print a decal under rocker banner that states:

"Go Quietly Into the Marsh"
(see: Southernairboat.com/forum/Issues/Solutions.Code of Ethics/hillrunnerfl)

Someone has to decide to make the statement and set the leadershp example. If a member doesn't want to use the rocker, he or she wouldn't have to.
 
Thanks everybody - I'll go to the next step & get in touch with the printing people to make sure the image is acceptable on their end. I'll keep everyone up to date on the progress.
 
I' take half a dozen. Let me know cost will be glad to help out. Haven't seen anyone mention t-shirt decals. Wouldn't be hard to silkscreen afew, be cool to get a few of those also. E-mail me back with more info at airboatfever@earthlink.net JIM
