Billet Flywheel

Anyone know the advantages/disadvantages to using billet flywheel. I know they're lighter but that's about all I know about it. I couldn't find any info in the forums about them. I was given one with an o320 I purchased and has me curious.

No advantage other than being lighter and looking cool.
