Blade size

So I need to order new Saber blades, no hub, just the blades.

How do I know what size to tell them I need?

Are all the blades all the same sizes, and it’s just the hub size that makes them bigger?

So when you’re ordering a 70” prop from them, does that mean it’s coming with a certain size hub as well?

Or do I need to actually take the blades out of my hub, and measure them in order to tell them what size replacement blades I need??

Thanks for your help guys.

All Saber blades are 33" long and in a standard hub that measures 12 inches in diameter you get a 72" prop. So for a 70" configuration, the blades will need to be trimmed down 1 inch. If you need further assistance, you can give me a call or send an email my way.
Hope this helps..

Thanks for your reply and help.

My blades measure 35” from tip to center of hub. So that means I have a 70” configuration right?

I’m not near my boat so I can’t measure the diameter of the hub right now. But I’m guessing I either have a small
Hub or the previous guy had the blades trimmed.

Is there a reason or benefit to having the blades trimmed 1” shorter?
