Boaters are ready to help in Louisiana

Tampa, Florida - You typically see airboats zipping around on Florida waters for eco-tours, alligator hunting, or fishing. But members of the Florida Airboat Association are ready to go on a trip of a very different kind. They are prepared to volunteer their time--and their airboats--for the search and rescue efforts in Louisiana.
Captain Dalan Markett, Florida Airboat Association:
"This will allow us to get up to where no other vehicles can get to. Four-wheelers, trucks, helicopters things like that, can't get to places where we can. That's the benefit of having airboats."
