Yep, they got my truck. Stole it right out of the Bass Pro parking lot in the middle of the day on Saturday (3/24) during the Airboat Show. Description: 2006 F250, King Ranch, FX4, Green w/ Tan Lower, Diesel, 20in wheels, chrome package (mirrors, tow hooks, step bumpers), sunroof, Roll n Lock Bed Cover, LineX bedliner. If anybody sees a truck fitting this description please contact Broward Sheriffs Dept at 954-926-2400."

I have absolutely no use for anyone that will steal. We live in a country where you can acquire just about anything that you desire with a little hard work. If I ever catch anyone stealing from me we'll both be going to jail.

Does your brother have any pictures of the truck to post?
 
A thief in any other terms is still a damned THIEF ! Doesn't matter what he steals or from whom. They are low life scum sucking bottom feeders and need to get the MAXIMUM punishment allowed or fed to the damned gators if ya feel like real justice !

A mans truck is a personal thing, I wouldn't blast him after its been stolen, I don't care if he's driving an old rusted out Studebaker even.

I hope someone sees it and it is recovered very quickly.

That post ,In my opinion, is in poor taste indeed. Lets keep a lookout and help if we can. It could be YOUR truck next time.

In the past year, two friends at work have had their F250's stolen. One from the front of his house , the other while he was at the mall. Big demand in the black market for King Ranch and Harley Editions. Hoping the best for you. Eyes open.
 
We parked an f-350 bare stripper work truck at a motel down there with a mechanical problem. Got stole in broad daylight, and the whole thing was caught on the security cams. Took'em less than 1 min to drive off with it.
It turned up intact parked in a residential area the next day.

we'll be on the lookout....sorry about your troubles... There were a gang of F250's at the show yesterday....
 
what also would help if you could post the last 3 numbers of the plates unless it is a specialty plate then what type of plate and the last 2 numbers.unlees they have pulled the plates and are using a different tag.nothing sucks worse then when you work hard for what you have and some trash takes it from you.and then the judicial system goes easy on a defendant because of jail overcrouding.

Mudducker great reply, sorry to get off post here, but lawn boy sounds like your a fresh air activated bag of $hit with remarks like that. how about keeping them to yourself. sorry to hear about the truck.
 
Darn theives ya gota just hate them . Also I can relate to the 6.0 . I just traded a 2004 in on a 2007 while the 2004 was in the shop for a month for the third time lost $6000.00 in equity .Probly would have been better off if it hade gotten stolen but then again the theives might not have gotten to far.
 
There is absolutely no words to describe the feeling when someone steals from you.
I hope you get your truck back intact.
 
eazy boys a think it was ajoke untimely as it was but a joke all the same . when me an the wife arrived at the show about 3 i saw a Young fellow talking to adeputy looking a little frazzled wondered what was happening , hope he had gap coverage .hope ya find the skum bags responsable
 
Sorry to hear about your loss......I think ford is responsible for all these trucks being stolen, fact is they can't afford to replace any more of those 6.0's They have found out that the homemade diesel down in S America works better than the 2.90 a gallon stuff we have to buy here, so they have hired a bunch of low life scum bags down here in multicultural S Florida to get rid of all the old 6.0's. But, all kidding aside...they could have tried to steal the wrong good ole boys truck this past weekend and got a major beat down. Hopefully it will turn up for you.
 
Hope you had GAP insurance to help cover the loss... And it was probably on the container ship the same day heading for South America...talk about National Security.

On a side note Ford has entered a lawsuit against International Truck and Engine about the 6.0 engine. The lawsuit has to do with excessive warranty issues and Ford suing because International has not been covering their share of the costs involved.

Go figure, maybe Rich is right.
I'm sure there is a reason that a new 6.4 is out this year.

Sorry about your loss, I'm sure that is a nice truck.
 
Ford supposedly tried to bully the suppliers of the new 6.4 and they stopped shipment shutting down Ford's production line. I'm keeping my old 7.3.

I don't think that gator will fit in my truck, but somebody should come up with an electrocution device, just meant to stun the perpetrator......if you sit down and turn on the ignition, and your weight doesn't match the owner plus or minus say 10%(in case you ate a pack of bubba burgers) it shocks that shiat out of you.

Because it was meant to be a joke, the 6.0 is notorious for being a piece! That being my opinion, it just so happens that alot of other people have the same consensus about the 6.0s. Why else would they change engines when they just replaced the 7.3 in 03 and now for 08 they came out with a 6.4 completely redesigned. 5 years thats a pretty short run for an engine they spent lots of money designing!
