Good Job. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, To all that were involved. You know who you are.

And of course DIAMONDBACK AIRBOATS.

Oh man ..... I love those two pictures. That's what can happen when good people get together and take the time to 'care'.
Y'all have made this one of the best things I've ever had the pleasure of being involved in in my life. Thank You !

Tonia, one of the coolest things I noticed last Monday was that the survivors seemed to be almost as excited about seeing that old
airboat as Buddy did. It was amazing ...... that old boat had helped them live, and they loved seeing it resurrected and whole again.

I just got off the phone with Ron Infantino, one of the survivors. We talked for quite a while. He said that he had just got out of the Air force and was flying the skies of Viet-Nam without incident. Then He gets on a commercial airliner and crashes in the swamp. Anyway he said that he remembers the crash like it was yesterday. And he said that he definitely remembers hearing Buddys airboat coming and seeing his headlight. That boat is important to a lot of folks.

I bet there was a bunch of emotions that day, lots of happiness from the survivors and then again, lots of sadness from those who lost loved ones, I can't even imagine that kind of emotional rollercoaster...

I still wish I could have been there!!!
