Can someone identify what motor stand this is?

I recently got this boat and was told that it had a 220 in it. I don’t believe that because I have had 220 boats and this stand doesn’t look like a 220 stand in the front. Please help.

Why are the motor mounts flat? Does anyone have mounts that would work for the front or do I have to make them?
