CH-3 Counter rotator reliability

Good Afternoon

Anyone know about how reliable the CH-3 counter rotator is? I'm looking to purchase a used boat with one on it and want to know what kind of issues I can expect down the river....

Can't offer a lot of knowledge about that, but since you've received no response at all, I am more than willing to share the little I've seen.
Over time, I have only been around two of them (on any kind of regular basis) and neither of them had any problems that I am aware of.
The one I was more familiar with, had a little better than a 700 HP (632 Dart block) that had a Maximus on the back with a Falcon forward.
That thing would pull anything I ever saw it hooked to, dry or not. Performed flawlessly over the couple years our paths crossed regularly.
I don't remember as much about the other one, it was a big block but I don't remember what blades he was running, but I never knew it to have any drive related problems.

Granted that is a small sampling, but where I in a similar position, I've seen no reason that would make me hesitant to go down that path.

I appreciate that info. I'm good with lack of response rather than bad experiences with the units...
