i see in the news that chumpvez is threatening to cut of gas to the US
my opinion is that we should just stop buyin fuel from 7-11(citco) all together
we all burn fuel so if he wants to keep it let him sell it to his brothers the chinese

He aint nothing a SEAL sniper team could not handle best thing to do with a snake like that is cut off his head
 
he will threaten till he is blue in the face,but he has made billions of of the U.S citezens .although the american oil companies would love that so they could raise there prices more. :shock: i think the e.p.a and the governmant should back off of fuel for acouple months for relief.if it only costs 8cents a gallon to refine plus delivery we could save thousands but i guess someone has to make all that money in between.

I don't buy gas anywhere that has a CITGO sign displayed.
I started to say that I don't by CITGO gas, but figured I better put it differently. You never know for sure where some of the stuff comes from nowadays.

Him cutting us off would sorta be like cuttin' his own nose off to spite his face!

Well, so everyone knows, most 7-11s nolonger have CITGO, but CITGO changed its name to PETRO so I am told. Same outfit just a name change.

CITGO for the last few years though, I have noticed it appears they are dumping High Test in all of their tanks. Regular, Mid-Grade and High Test. Sure does run the best of all the gasolines in my truck and I only buy regular.

We have no need of his gas though, thats why we went to Iraq and Afghanistan. Actually we no longer need any outside country's gas. We could nearly wean ourselves of Saudi as well.

Trouble is we get Afgan oil through the new pipeline from the Caspian Sea Russian Reserves. We had to go to war in Afghanistan so they could build the Trans Afgan Pipeline. It was finished in a little over a year and has been pumping wide open since then with no interruptions. So its Continue to Support Saudi, Chaves, or Putin, we pretty much have our choice now. Three evils, so which do ya chose.

Shrug, I buy what runs good, I see no way it can make any real difference in who we buy it from since they are all in the NOT OUR FRIENDS class. I figure burn their gas now and when theirs runs out then we can have our reserves untapped. Shrug.

I get Scotty's point. Stop buying from Citgo or Petro and it changes nothing ..... there are enough people out there who don't have a clue
or don't care and will buy from him anyway that it won't really matter. Sad to say but true.

Even if we could hurt him, we're left buying it from everyone else who hates us, and that list is long. This is another reason why it is so important IMO to maintain a military presence in Iraq. For as long as we are able to sit in the middle of those godless ba$tards we still have a seat at the table that they have to recognize. Leave there and they can, and will, charge anything they want for oil.

I havent done much more on it. I seem to have so many projects now I can't finish any of them. Its on the shelf in order, when its number comes up Ill post pictures and all the relevant info.

You got it right. We really don't need any of them, but as long as we burn their oil ours is still here. We havent begun to tap into Iraq yet. What they are pumping they are just tanking. Selling a little to keep the embryonic infrastructure fed and thats all. We havent even begun to ship here yet. Many many many wells still aren't repaired and operational yet.

Not much we can do about those who hate us. From what I have seen there are 3 maybe 4 big reasons they hate us. 1. Were supporting Israel. 2. We get involved in their internal politics. 3. We try to be the worlds police force. 4. We make all kinds of promises about support then never come through.

If we could eliminate these 4 things they likely could live with us and our other weird ways. Some though hate us just because we exist, and theres nothing we or anybody else can do about that.

1) We must continue to support Israel. They're God's chosen, and turning our back on them would not only sign their death warrant,
but would also deny our roots as a Christin people. My greatest fear, if Osama Obama is elected in Nov. is that we might do that.

2) We need to get out of all of their politics IMO and only involve ourselves where the safety of our citizens are involved.

3) We need to stop trying to be a police force. We can't afford it, and it's a duty that is rightfully foreign to the Warrior soldiers that we train.

4) Stop making promises. Take care of our own.

Check out http://www.protiumfuelsystems.com this is a company owned by my buddies cousin and they have been working on this stuff since '68 and have over 20 patent's.
The have two prototype vehicles they are working the bugs out of but the fill them up with the garden hose.

My buddy just got one of his hybrid systems installed on his Chevy crew cab and is running it through the paces as we speak. I plan to be a distributor for them if it works well on my buddies truck.

Hell if it works that good I'll put one on my airboat, better fuel economy and about 30% more hp.
 
My not buying citgo may not hurt hugo one bit, but it makes me feel better.
I think sniper has the best idea. but one could never say that in public.
 
I think we should TAKE OIL as payment for being there and protecting them and trying to help them. We spend all this $$$ so give us some of that oil were protecting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
from what I know, thats been the plan right from the start. In the case of Iraq, however we cant send in the engineers to the oil fields until the place is safe for them to go to work. Were getting there, but we ain't there yet.

We do get oil payments from Saudi, and of course from Afghanistan. We still buy a lot ofer that though so we get to keep our oil in the ground. The idea being at some point we will be one of the few nations with ANY oil left. Its also a great hedge and leverage against holding us hostage for oil.

And for Heaven's sake ....... drill Anwar!! The caribou and other critters will do just fine as long as we look out for them, thank you very much.
 
Olf Art has that right as well. I been there and seen the Caribou migrating under, over, and all around the existing pipelines. They totally ignore it. Thats some ignorant tree huggers feeble attempt to scam the government into not drilling ANWAR. Hell, the locals even want to drill it.

The real issue though, is that according to the terms signed up to by the Fed. .Gov Alaskans get like 90% of the oil royalties and profits but the Federal .gov wants more now and wont let them drill till they get a bigger cut. Of course this shouldn't be surprising to anyone.
